  • Spearheaded a comprehensive global brand refresh,
    ensuring creative excellence while maintaining brand
    integrity and positioning across all marketing initiatives.
  • Provides hands-on guidance and leadership to inspire
    and motivate the creative team, fostering collaboration

    embodies the eXp brand personality.
  • Oversees eXp’s web and digital strategies, including the
    current redevelopment of the global website presence

    overall brand vision.
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders, subject-matter
    experts, content creators, and external agencies to
    produce effective, insight-driven creative campaigns that
    enhance the brand’s impact across earned and owned
    channels.
  • Develops and collaborates with creative, digital, and
    agent program project managers to ensure proper
    workflow, capacity planning, talent alignment, and
    ongoing upskilling to maintain a high standard of creative
    output.
  • Drives innovation by anticipating industry trends,
    incorporating AI and resource outsourcing to optimize
    team resources, and keeping work fresh, relevant, and
    cutting-edge.
  • Leads and manages relationships with external vendors
    and agencies to deliver world-class creative solutions,
    ensuring consistent collaboration and execution across
    global markets.
  • Manages the creative and branding efforts at major
    events and conferences, ensuring the eXp brand is
    communicated effectively across all touchpoints.
  • Leverages deep expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite
    (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and
    Canva to execute creative work with precision and
    polish.
  • Oversees developing, implementing, and managing a
    global Canva solution brand marketing center for internal
    and external stakeholders to ensure operational
    efficiency.
  • Partners with various marketing functions to ensure
    alignment of creative efforts with broader organizational
    goals, continuously improving the quality of work and
    ensuring a world-class brand experience.

Leadership Charlotte is a prestigious community leadership
program focused on developing a diverse network of leaders
dedicated to civic engagement and community service. The
program offers participants the opportunity to connect with
key decision-makers, gain in-depth knowledge of the city’s
infrastructure, and address local challenges. Emphasizing
volunteer leadership across sectors such as business,
government, and non-profits, it serves as a pipeline for
leaders committed to improving the Charlotte community. As
an alum of this program, participation facilitated access to a
network of over 2,000 leaders, providing essential
knowledge, connections, and skills to make a meaningful
impact on the community, both professionally and in
volunteer efforts.

As an inaugural board member of the first Women's Impact
Network (WIN) at eXp Realty, I am helping to shape and
guide this pioneering initiative designed to foster
empowerment, growth, and leadership for women within the
eXp Realty. The Women's Impact Network serves as a
platform for advocacy, support, and professional
development, providing resources and opportunities for
women to connect, share experiences, and advance in their
careers. Being a founding member means playing a key part
in establishing the network’s vision and objectives, driving its
programs, and helping to cultivate a culture of inclusivity and
advancement for women across the organization.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Produce and art-direct photo shoots in studio and on location for international brands across various sectors, including home decor, product, fashion, lifestyle, travel, lighting, and live events.

BEHIND THE SCENES

Actively involved in all aspects of creative production, including styling, art direction, location scouting, and talent management, ensuring seamless execution of each project.

Conceptualized and produced national commercials for brands like Charlotte Tourism and the NASCAR Hall of Fame, along with event recaps and product launch content.

Edit and produce impactful reels and explainer videos in Canva, including a transformative brand glow-up launch video that redefined and elevated eXp’s previous branding, and the Women's Impact Network launch, where I serve as an inaugural board member. These projects have become cornerstones for the company's global brand refresh.

Designed complete spreads, directed and produced all photography, and copyedited each magazine and guide to ensure they were ready for both print and digital distribution.

MAGAZINE LAYOUT

Designed all spreads, produced all photography, copyedited and finalized a variety of print advertising for hyperlocal and national magazines (Garden and Gun, Southern Living).
